Free yourself from
dieting.
Are you ready to live your best life?
Our Mission
Imagine viewing food just as it is: food.
You can sit down to a meal without feeling anxiety or shame. You can laugh with friends, enjoy a special occasion and go to bed at night feeling satisfied and confident.
That's true freedom.
Healing your relationship with food and your body is possible.
The world is filled with confusing messages about what to eat and how to exercise that seem to change as often as fashion trends. It’s time to say goodbye to the days of binging, calorie counting, and obsessing over your next meal.
We are here to support you in building lifelong skills in order to feel good around food and your body. Our aim is to support you in redefining wellness by your standards -- cheering you on every step of the way.
Work With Us
You deserve to enjoy your food without guilt, exercise for fun, and have respect and appreciation towards your body.
We are passionate about helping adults, adolescents, and children find peace with food, regardless of body size, gender, and cultural background.
To us, food is more than just fuel – it’s connection, tradition and joy. We provide quality care through a compassionate lens and easy-to-digest nutrition education that empowers you to live a life that feels most fulfilling to you.

Hey! I'm Sara.
As a registered dietitian nutritionist, founder and owner of Olive Tree RD, I am deeply passionate about helping others improve their physical and emotional well-being through a non-diet, size-inclusive approach to health. Throughout my practice, I take a slow and steady approach as I believe that is what leads to long-term recovery. Through curiosity and compassion, our work together will help us learn what is most effective for you.
Along with our team of weight-inclusive clinicians, we are committed to helping you challenge your inner “gremlin” in a gentle manner (we’ve all got one!), cultivate trust in yourself, and ultimately improve your relationship with food, exercise and your body.
