Creamy Red Lentil Soup
Lentil Soup is a creamy, comforting dish that is full of flavor and delicious year-round! The best part? This is a simple soup that only takes one pot to make – my kind of cooking!
Growing up, my mother frequently had lentil soup as a starter before our dinner was ready. This recipe is my own spin on the traditional lentil soup. For those who have Celiac disease, this could be a great soup for you, made with red lentils, carrots, onions, broth, canned tomatoes and butter.
Happy cooking!
